My app is crashing or not loading when I try to open it
Many factors may contribute to the app crashing, freezing, or long load times.
The following steps are recommended before contacting support. (In fact, they are the first steps support will give you!)
iOS
- Make sure you are on the most recent version of the RP Diet Coach App..
- Make sure your iOS software is updated to the most recent version.
- Restart your device.
- Uninstall and Reinstall the app. (Make sure to restart your device after uninstalling the app. Your information will not be deleted if the app is uninstalled.)
- If issues persist, please contact support at app.support@rpstrength.com.
Android
- Make sure you are on the most recent version of the RP Diet Coach App. (Can’t find the app in the Google Play store? If the RP Diet Coach App cannot be found in the App Store, unfortunately, the app is not available in your geographic region or may not support the device you are using.)
- Make sure your Android software is updated to the most recent version. (Note: The RP Diet Coach App requires Android 7 or later.)
- Restart your device.
- Uninstall and Reinstall the app. (Make sure to restart your device after uninstalling the app. Your information will not be deleted if the app is uninstalled.)
- If issues persist, please contact support at app.support@rpstrength.com.
Note: Cant find the app in the Google Play store? If the RP Diet Coach App cannot be found in the App Store, unfortunately, the app is not available in your geographic region, or may not support the device you are using.
I logged into my account, and all of my diet information is completely gone!
We have had reports that diets are completely gone after a user logs out and logs back into the app.
We have found that in all of such cases, users have multiple app accounts, therefore when they log into the account that doesn’t have the appropriate diet, it will appear as empty. In cases that this happens, we recommend trying to log in with a different email address, or contact support at app.support@rpstrength.com and we can locate your account.
